Eva and Volker The space 33 sqm granny apartment on the first floor, one room, kitchen, no oven but microwave with grill function. Bathroom. Heating is provided by a pellet stove with a beautiful, visible flame (low noise, as there is no child barrier, the apartment may not be suitable for small children). Bed 140 cm wide. Guest access Separate entrance, possibly shared use of the basement. Possibility of shared use of washing machine. Possibility to hang laundry (no dryer). An ironing board and iron can be shared. Breakfast on request. Ring the bell at the upper front door to check in or according to individual arrangement. Other things to note Pets are possible on request. The kitchen is directly adjacent to the bedroom. However, the refrigerator is located in a separate storage room next to the apartment so that our guests are not disturbed by its cooling noise. Guests with foreign nationality are required by German law to fill out and sign a registration form!
