The house is located in Tanaunella about 1 km from Budoni, close to all services: bars, tobacco shops, pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The nearest beaches of Sant'Anna and Porto Ainu are about 1.2 km away. The house has a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, a large outdoor veranda, barbecue and shower. The space After parking in the square that you find right in front of the entrance to the house, entering from the garden, you will find a large covered veranda furnished with a table and chairs for eating outside. Upon entering the house, you will have a living room with a sofa bed and TV, a kitchen, and a table for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything: oven, microwave, moka pot, kettle, toaster, etc. You will then enter the sleeping area from here, where you will have a large double bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed. Then you will find a bedroom with two single beds and a windowed bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower, washing machine and a hairdryer available. We provide sheets, bath towel sets at no additional cost. The house is air-conditioned and has mosquito nets. Outside in the garden you will find an outdoor shower and a charcoal barbecue. Please be careful when using the barbecue. We leave an umbrella available. The distance between Tanaunella and Olbia/Airport/Porto is just 35 km away, which can be reached by car in about 30 minutes via the highway that connects the two locations. The beaches are about 1 km away and can also be reached via a free municipal shuttle bus service; see timetables and routes on the Welcome Budoni website, transport section, "Budoni Marebus".
