Charming House 250 m2 in the middle of vineyards

Enjoy your holiday in the middle of the vineyards, Saint-Emilion is far 15 km . Loustalet is a large house of 250 m² for 6 persons, spacious, quiet and very comfortable with a large garden and very well equipped. Stay in a real family home and feel its spirit ! The space This family's house of the eighteenth century is for lovers of comfort, tranquility, space and great wines of Bordeaux. Located in the middle of the vineyards, the house is 250 m² with 3 bedrooms for 6 persons. Large spacious rooms are comfortable and the whole family is really comfortable inside ! The house is equipped with wireless Internet (high connexion - starlink) There is a flat screen TV with satellite Games for children are outside (swing, table tennis, slide). For convenience, we linens, towels available (Beds and sheets will be ready for your arrival). If you want to enjoy the garden of 900m ² or sunbathe on the terrace there are sun loungers. The house has a garage to put the car away. We have a cleaning service and a gardener who comes when it is necessary. For babies, there are all the necessary equipment (cot, high chair, toys, etc ...). In the living room there is a fireplace that works very well, there is central heating (condensing boiler) and solar panels on the roof of the house. There is a composter and sorting for your waste. There are 6 adult bikes available for you (free) to go hiking in the valley and the vineyards ! One of the bikes is equipped with a child seat (helmet provided). SWIMMING POOL (7m x 3m) for the exclusive use of the guests. In terms of safety conditions there will be a motorized bar cover that allows to close ultra secure pool and also an alarm. Pool towels are not provided. You'll can taste our best Bordeaux's wines... and visit Saint-Emilion and world's famous wines : I'll give you a lot of advices. Costs, electricity, internet, sheets, towels, cleaning are included ! Guest access Enjoy the estate for walks in the vineyards, forests, or near the little river. The whole house is yours, there is no joint, nearest neighbors are 300 meters away. Be Carefull ! it's the country ! Don't worry if it's too dark (because it's perfect to lie in the grass and watch the stars !) YOU NEED A CAR for discover the entire region. You'll have a car park and an open garage. Other things to note If you are thinking of coming : - The House is entirely dedicated to you, not other guests at the same time as you. The place is fully privatized. - The house is far from any house, you are isolated in the countryside without pollution, you can be quiet. You can also admire the stars at night without light pollution. However the first neighbors are 500 meters away and can help you if you have any problems. - There is a bakery in the village 2 km away. You can do your shopping 10 minutes away (there are 3 supermarkets and a supermarket-Drive if you prefer) - In the town of Castillon-la-Bataille, 10 minutes by car, there are many pharmacies, doctors, and a good healthcare service. - There is a large hospital with all services and emergencies in Libourne (only 30 minutes by car). - The house is large and you can enjoy the space inside and outside : 250 square meters inside to have everyone's living space without stepping on it ! Even if it rains we can take care of: board games, Netflix connection, internet, table tennis table inside, games for children ... and fast internet connection. - Outside, you can enjoy the swimming pool, outdoor games (swing, slide), and the deckchairs - You are at the heart of a 120 hectare property where you can take walks in the valley, along the stream, in the forest or in the vineyards - There are 6 bikes at your disposal, free of charge and I suggest circuits to discover the region all around the house. - For your welcome, you can arrive from 4 p.m. We clean the house between each rental, the sheets are disinfected (pressing, washing with oxygen), all the linen is changed, the sanitary fittings and door handles fully disinfected. - Departures are in the morning at 10:00 am at the latest to allow us to clean everything during the day (3 people + the gardener) - You can visit the Saint-Emilion region, appreciate the villages and the magnificent landscapes listed as World Heritage by UNESCO, discover the sumptuous city of Bordeaux, the wine chateaux and the monuments; but you can also choose not to leave the villa during your stay!
