The space This 18th-century family home is dedicated to lovers of comfort, calm, space, and great wines! Nestled in the heart of a 120-hectare property, the house offers 250 m² and 3 bedrooms for 6 people. Its large, spacious rooms allow the whole family to enjoy the place without ever feeling cramped. 🏡 Comfort and amenities The house is equipped with Wi-Fi (Starlink), a flat-screen TV with satellite, and a Bluetooth speaker. Central heating by heat pump, solar panels and a fireplace (insert fireplace) for cozy evenings. Linens and towels are provided, and the beds are made for your arrival. There is a garage for your vehicle, and all baby equipment is available (bed, high chair, toys). 🌳 Outdoors & Recreation A 900 m² garden with sun loungers and a sunny terrace, a bean-shaped swimming pool (7 x 3.5 m) for the exclusive use of the occupants, secured by a motorized bar cover and an alarm (pool towels not provided). Kids or adults will enjoy the swing, slide and ping pong table. 6 free adult bikes (including one with a child seat and helmet) await you to explore the vineyards, forest, stream, and surrounding hiking trails. 🍷 Around US Castles to visit, wine tastings, and the medieval city of Saint-Émilion to discover nearby. 🌿 Services Cleaning and gardening services are provided as needed. Composter and recycling available. Included in the rental: fees, electricity, internet, sheets, towels, cleaning. Guest access On foot or by bicycle, enjoy the property by strolling through the vineyards, the forests, or along the stream. The entire house is yours for the duration of your stay: no shared walls, and the nearest neighbors are 300 meters away. We are in the countryside, and that's where all its charm lies! Don't be surprised by the darkness in the evening: it's the perfect opportunity to lie down in the grass and admire a starry sky like you no longer see in the city. ⚠️ A car is essential for getting around and exploring the region. Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. Between each rental, the house is fully cleaned by our team (3 people + the gardener), the linens are completely changed, and the sheets are disinfected (dry cleaning, oxygen washing). Check-out in the morning, 10:00 a.m. at the latest, to allow for this thorough cleaning. 🍇 Explore or recharge, it's up to you. The Saint-Émilion region awaits you, with its villages and landscapes classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the city of Bordeaux, its chateaux and monuments. Or, quite simply, don't leave the villa for the entire stay!
