The apartment is close to amenities, in the middle of a pedestrian square, well served by buses, not far from the lake, 5 minutes by bike, 20 minutes on foot, the same for the city center. Buses 3 and 4 next door 7 min by bus to the IUT 15 min drive from Thones and therefore towards the various ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Grand Bornand and others The space 1 bedroom of 12 m2 on the ground floor of a triplex with storage, it opens onto a small balcony Kettle, tea or instant coffee as well as a small fridge and microwave in the room. Guest access The bathroom and toilet During your stay I like to socialize with guests while giving them their space I am easily accessible by email and text Other things to note My location is well indicated. I do not live in the heart of Annecy but 20 minutes' walk from the lake. My accommodation is on the 1st floor of a building, there are bus lines not far away, I am 7 minutes by bus from the IUT, public and free parking all around my accommodation.
