Cosy Little Cottage Studio in the heart of the wild Irish countryside suituated in the Burren Lowlands. The studio is surrounded by wild nature. It is a walkers, hikers, and bikers paradise. Relax and unwind in the peace and quiet after a day touring. Allow yourself, in the silence and darkness of an Irish night, a refreshing and peaceful sleep. The space The studio is a self contained unit. On entering the front door you are in the kitchen/dining/sitting area. The kitchen has spacious work top area. It has a fridge, washing machine and a full size gas cooker with four rings, a grill and full size oven. The cooker also has an extractor fan overhead. There is a kitchen table and two chairs for dining at. There is also a television contained in the kitchen area. The seating area has a solid fuel stove. There are two comfortable armchairs here. Downstairs the bathroom consists of toilet, wash hand basin, mirror, and shower with shower curtain. There is a small narrow and steep stairs that leads to the loft style bedroom which has a double bed, bedside lockers and bedside lamps. The stairs might not suit a guest with limited mobility. There is an electric blanket on bed which can be turned on to preheat bed prior to going to bed but must be switched off whilst in bed. Please also note that ceiling height at centre of room is well over six foot but due to slope of roof there is limited headroom space upstairs. When you are in the bedroom you can look down on kitchen/dining area. Guest access All the studio is for guests use. There is an off road parking space and there is a small patio/outdoor dining area to the side of property. There is a clothes line in the wood shed for guests use. There is another cottage which is also rented on Airbnb on the same site and adjacent to this studio. The back yard is for adjoining cottage private use. Other things to note The studio has a coin operated meter for the electricity that is used in the studio. A welcome gesture of €5 credit will be on the meter. Guests will be able to see remaining balance and can top up with, €1 & €2 coins as needed. The electric shower is connected to property next door. Both showers will not operate at the same time, ie. when shower in property next door is on guests shower will not operate and when guests shower is on property next doors shower will not work.
