You can drink our Munich tap water from the tap or use a soda stream to make it sparkling. - Kitchenette in the living area with built-in stove and oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer combination (microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.), soda stream - Dish and cooking utensils completely available - NEW: Electric shading and privacy on all distant stars - Pleated blinds to darken the window front - Cable TV – 49 inch flat TV, Wi-Fi (including broadcasting fees) - Washer-dryer in the apartment (bathroom) - Wardrobe with mirror 270 cm, box spring bed 160 x 200 cm - Living area with sofa bed, coffee table and dining table, etc. - Apartment is suitable for 1 to a maximum of 2 people for a short time (sofa bed for a fee) - Longer stay for 2 individuals (e.g. colleagues) unsuitable (no privacy - apartment too small) - Non-smoking, no pets - Vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, cleaning bucket and cleaning agent are provided - Basic supply of laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs as well as dishwashing liquid is provided Included: Cleaning (after about 14 days) with towel and linen change. Guest access Free parking in front of the house. In the house there are 3 more apartments that are rented furnished by us. Other things to note Arrival and departure is possible individually. I live near the Airbnb (15 min), and can be reached at any time during the stay for questions and concerns. Contactless check-in possible. We comply with the prescribed hygiene rules when cleaning as well as when entering and in contact with the guest. We will provide hygiene products (small bottle) upon arrival.
