The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The room has a separate entrance, and is semi-underground with a view of the garden, equipped with a door with a window, the space is still bright and cool, an excellent base to take refuge after days under the sun or VIP evenings. We are a small family structure with 3 rooms, always available for all your needs. Outdoor Area Outside, there is a solarium area with two sun loungers for exclusive use and a small table, perfect for quiet moments outdoors. Parking lot A free uncovered parking space is included on the property. Garden Refresh Corner In the garden you will find our Garden Refresh Corner, a corner dedicated to all our guests with water and a selection of coffees always available. In the corner you will also find dishes, a microwave and a toaster, for maximum freedom during your stay. Breakfast available Upon request, you can take advantage of the breakfast service provided by an external catering company. Your BREAKFAST BOX will be delivered to the property. You can customize your choice from the menu created specifically for Villa Kalypso, inspired by a healthy and natural style with selected ingredients that are also suitable for vegetarians, vegans, and those who are gluten intolerant. The usable areas are limited to the room and space in the adjacent garden/solarium (the other parts of the villa are intended for private use and are excluded from the lease) THE ACCOMMODATION IS RECOMMENDED FOR YOUNG PEOPLE LOOKING FOR A NEW AND WELCOMING PLACE TO REST. WHAT TO EXPECT: - a small space 18 sqm but well equipped with bathroom and the possibility of cooking quick meals - a basement room but with an independent entrance and overlooking the garden with a sea view - a French-style loft bed 140x190 but in memory foam and only for true lovers... - a lovely location of the property and a private outdoor space (coffee table and sun loungers) in the garden with beautiful sea views - bathroom with small window and bedroom with a single French door but a powerful air conditioner. Other things to note CHECK-IN: All info will be sent a few days before your arrival CLEANING AND AMENITIES: Upon your arrival, you will find the room sanitized and equipped with the necessary bath and bed linens. During the stay, however, we clean EVERY OTHER DAY (every other day) in the 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. time slot with a change of towels every 2 days and a change of sheets every 4 days.
