Consult us for boat trips or bicycle rentals. The space The master suite has a private bathroom with access to a closet. The extra bedroom is in the attic and you'll have to climb stairs. The bathrooms are all equipped with a shower. Guest access The house offers private parking. Other things to note Dear Guests! Welcome to your holiday property! For the benefit and wellbeing of all our guests and residents we have put into place some rules and regulations. As a condition of your confirmed booking it is implied that you have read and agreed to abide by those rules and regulations. Arrival and departure The apartment will be available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 12 pm on the day of departure. Earlier arrival or later departure times can be accommodated with advanced notice. Non Smoking The apartment is designated non smoking area. Smoking is ONLY allowed in the terrace, if there is one. Cleanliness Please empty the refrigerator before you leave. Do not switch the refrigerator off. Please ensure that dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, coffee machines, toaster, kettles etc. are clean and dried before storing them. In order to prevent possible blockages, please do not dispose of food waste, dangerous liquids, fats or feminine hygiene items in the WC, sinks or shower tray. Please, remove all garbage and trash from the apartment before you leave. Keys We ask that you keep your keys safe and not to pass them on to unauthorized persons. Should the keys become lost or missing, then we reserve the right to charge for the cost of replacements. Animals Animals are allowed ONLY by request. Liability Parents are liable for their children, guests and personal possessions. We can not be held responsible for damage to or loss of your personal items or possession that you bring with you.
