The house can be rented all year round, so even in the winter season the house is comfortable and it is highly recommended!🌞 The space Villa Nike is located between Rome and Florence. Beautiful private 3-storey farmhouse in the greenest heart of Italy. You can feel the real Italian country life! There is a large private garden and private swimming pool, barbecue area, garden furniture. There is plenty of space in the garden for a variety of activities. The house is tastefully decorated. The second floor overlooks the balcony with the panoramic view, where you can enjoy sunsets. In addition there are 1 bedroom with a double bed ; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed , as well as one shared bathroom with a bath. The first floor has a spacious living room with a fireplace, piano and tv, a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a main entrance. On the ground floor there is 1 separate suite with a private entrance from the garden,fireplace and a private bathroom. In The House there is bathroom on every floor. The house has a total of 240 m2. When coming from Rome ( about 1,5-2 hours drive), drive all the way in the direction of Florence and at about 170 km drive up from the Fabro junction, then follow the signs for Ficulle about 10 km. Getting around the area requires a car. The easiest way is to rent a car from the airport. The other good option is to travel from the airport by train to Orvieto and rent a car from Herz,next to the Orvieto's railway station. Orvieto is located about 20 km from the house. It is beautiful sightseeing road to drive during the daytime. Other things to note In the garden and around the swimming pool you have total privacy and peace! The swimming pool is open from April to October. House is charming on wintertime aswell.There is 2 fireplaces and the house is heated ! Christmas time is beautiful there! On wintertime you can rent the house for long term for example home office, just ask the offer! The garden and the house is not very safe for children under 5 years old, because there is some dangerous high places without fence and it can be too stressful for parents!
