It consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living-dining area (28 m2) with adjoining south roof terrace (15 m2), a bright bathroom, separate toilet and a beautiful fitted kitchen. All living rooms and bedrooms have oak parquet floors. Kitchen, bathroom and toilet are brightly tiled. All spaces have windows and shutters. In the apartment there is everything man, woman or family needs for the perfect vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and has the following electric appliances: convection oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc. Pots, pans, dishes and glasses for 6 people are of course available. The bathroom has natural light (windows). A washing machine, shampoo, shower gel, washing powder, etc. is also available. On the Great South Roof Terrace, which is sunny all day from early morning to sunset, you have the opportunity to have breakfast or have lunch or dinner. On the large WEBER Grill you can enjoy the perfect BBQ with your loved ones or just chill out on the sun lounger. A solar shower on the terrace ensures a refreshing cooling.
