Anna & Radek The space A HOUSE IN JÓZEFÓW, OTWOCK district, Urocza str. nr 2, 100m beyond WARSAW city limits, close to public transport (5 minutes on foot to the bus stop and the station of SKM (Fast City train)). It takes about 15-20 minutes to reach the center of Warsaw by car during off-peak hours. It has high basements, whith recreation area: a sauna, a steam bath, a gym, an exercise room, a table tennis room; an air-conditioned swimming pool with attractions; living area on the ground floor: living room with fireplace and piano, winter garden, kitchen, office, laundry room, toilet and on the first floor: four bedrooms, two bathrooms. In the garden a unique bathing natural stone lake, alcove with grill, jetty, jacuzzi. A large garden shielded from neighboring properties by trees. There are also several fruit trees. Crystal clear water from own deep well. The house is usually inhabited, the reservation requires prior confirmation. Outside pool free at summertime by short term bookings, additional fees for electricity ans mainaning by long term (28 days+).
