Spacious luxury 3 bedroom gîte that sleeps 6, own heated private swimming pool 14m x 4 m. Large lounge with wood burner, dining kitchen (fully equipped) . Off road parking, enclosed gardens to all sides, swings, terraces, both pool and table tennis tables, bikes, bbq and outside eating areas. The space The gîte was once a family owned Cognac distillery and retains much of its charm with exposed walls and wooden beams. As for location we are far just enough away from both the beaches and cities. The gîte is located in the countryside with a million miles of sky, ideal for stargazing at night. Here you create your own perfect vacation, whether it's a busy day exploring the region or doing nothing but recharging your batteries and relaxing by the pool. As we only have one gîte the heated pool is for your sole use during your stay. We live next door so are around here to help you if needed us - our mission is to make your stay perfect. The rest of the time, it is maintained and cleaned by the owners. For your safety, please note that the pool is enclosed by a high fence and a pool alarm is fitted. Please note animals are not allowed in the pool.
