Villa cleaning every 4th day of your stay, with replacement of linen, towels and laundry service. Guest access Dear guests, Starting from January 1st, 2024, Greek legislation has introduced a new law regarding the collection of a guest tax amounting to €10 per night. Please note that this tax is not included in the accommodation price and is payable separately upon check-in. A separate receipt will be provided for the tax amount. Additionally, our minibar offers a variety of drinks for an additional fee. Upon check-in, guests are required to provide a deposit of €300, which will be refunded on the day of departure if no damage to the property has occurred. Other things to note Dear guests, Since January 1, 2024, a new law of Greek legislation on tourist tax has come into force, amounting to 15 euros per night. Please note that this tax is not included in the accommodation cost and is paid separately upon check-in registration. Additionally, a separate receipt is issued for the tax amount. Furthermore, our mini-bar offers a wide selection of beverages available for an additional fee. Upon check-in registration, a deposit of 300 euros is collected from guests, which will be refunded on the day of departure in the absence of any damage to the property.
