Hewas Water House is an impressive and luxurious property, perfect for large families or a group of friends. Centrally located for exploring everything Cornwall has to offer and benefits from its own private swimming pool (Available from May to end-Sept) and hot tub, plus a games room with a pool table, dart board and table tennis. The spacious house comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. We are very pleased to announce that we now have Starlink Internet Services at Hewas Water House! The space The spacious house is tastefully decorated and comfortably sleeps 10 guests. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 double rooms with king size beds, 1 extra large double room featuring a super king size bed in 5 bedrooms. Two of the double bedrooms share a jack a jill en-suite with walk in shower and the extra large bedroom upstairs also has an en-suite with shower of bath and beautiful sun room. The grounds are dog friendly and great for a game of rounders! You will also find our outside pool and hot tub. We are pleased to announce that we now have Starlink Internet Services at Hewas Water House. Starlink provides fast internet service using advanced low earth orbit satellites and delivers industry leading broadband internet connectivity, which will improve the capacity, speed and reliability of the internet at Hewas Water House! Guest access The property has parking for up to 4 cars. Hewas Water house is perfectly located in Mid-Cornwall for exploring both the North and South Coast. A short drive away you'll find the beautiful harbours of Charlestown, Mevagissey and Fowey. The house is only 20 minutes from the Cathedral city of Truro and is 30 minutes form Newquay Airport. Other things to note We allow up to 3 dogs at the property. If you have a small dog be mindful that although there are gates your dog could squeeze under the gate or go over a hedge. There are plenty of rabbits in the garden and also a badger living at the bottom of the garden too so your dog will be very excited! Please respect the other visitors who do not have dogs by picking up the dog waste. Please respect the property and clean your dog when he/she comes in from a wet day. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture. Although Cornwall is very dog-friendly, many beaches do have seasonal dog bans or timed restrictions, so it’s worth checking the Cornwall Council Website before heading out for a beach day with your four-legged friend.
