The Howell House

This is a NON-SMOKING and NO PET house. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located approximately 8 miles from downtown Asheville, NC. Relax in the rocking chairs on the porch & at night listen to the frogs. Attractions nearby are the Biltmore House, Grove Park Inn, lots of local & cultural foods downtown, many local breweries, cycling routes, ski resorts nearby, hiking on the Blue Ridge Parkway and many gorgeous Mountain View’s. We have WiFi, smart TV with tv and movie apps. The space Remodeled farmhouse located approximately 8-10 miles (depending on where you are going to) from downtown Asheville. Located in quiet rural area west of Asheville. Guest access Guests can access yard behind house and both sides of house. There is also a fire pit at the barn that is available upon request. Other things to note Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink when you leave. If you use the outdoor grill. Please clean it to your best ability for the next guest to use!
