*Easter Spring Special* Last Minute Escape

This cozy 3 bedroom apartment with kitchen has 2 bathrooms with a shower and toilet in each and sleeps 6 people. Only the main entrance door is shared with the apartment upstairs. Situated on a quiet street on the edge of the village it is only 3 min walk from the bus stop, local restaurants & quirky shops. Also featuring a cozy communal Fondue Hut that offers fantastic views of the Eiger & Monch and a beautiful garden to relax in. Great jump off point to explore the beautiful Jungfrau region. The space This newly renovated in March 2019 3 bedroom apartment is lovely and bright, with lots of natural light, there are roll down shutters to block the light out, if you need that to sleep. It has a large double bed with en-suite in first bedroom, second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a double & bunk beds in the third bedroom. There is a open plan in the living room that has a patio door that leads out to lawn with table & chairs. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, small fridge, microwave, washing up sink, kettle and coffee maker. A good variety of pots and pans for cooking and lots of plates, bowls, glasses, mugs etc. A dining table that seats 6 people. The apartment has wifi and wifi, television, with British, Swiss, German, French and Spanish channels, and Netflix. The large bathroom is across the hallway and has a shower, toilet and basin. We provide toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid/tabs, kitchen towels, salt pepper, oil, coffee, sugar. All bed linens and 1 bath towel per person are also included. Guest access This 3 bedroom private apartment shares an entrance with the main house upstairs that is also a vacation rental. Outside the apartment is a small lawn with table, chairs and gas BBQ grill. There is a communal laundry area with access to a washing machine & the communal fondue hut is at the very top of the garden, which is on a slight steep hill. Worth checking out as there are great views from up there, ideal for having some lunch or dinner or just some drinks. There is also a big lawn next to the fondue hut with 3 sunbeds to relax in the sun, read a book or watch the beautiful alpin glow at sunset. The apartment has one parking space, please let us know if you have 2 cars and we will do our best to help accomodate the 2nd vehicle. Other things to note The apartment and house are situated in a very quiet, old established part of the Village. There are many elderly people living near by, and they live very traditional lives. They rise early and go to bed early. We ask that you please respect them by observing some age old Swiss laws, namely no noise outside after 10 pm and no loud noise on Sundays during the day. NOTE: All guests staying at hotels and lodgings in Switzerland are required to pay a Visitor’s Tax. This will be collected before checkout.
