Villetta-Nicola - Tuscan vacation home
Villetta-Nicola - Tuscan vacation home
Description
Welcome! This is the “Villetta Nicola”, the rebuilt historic natural stone house in Tuscany. Features such as an open designer fireplace, artfully laid cotto tiles, or the symbiosis of the old and red, with the new still yellow chestnut wood beams, let the 200 years of the house merge with each other. The space The Villetta Nicola was once built by a hard-working farmer in 1808, discovered as a ruin by an idealistic engineer in 1994 and restored until 1998 true to the original, but modern and comfortable. The result is a 2-storey house with a large living room, open kitchen with dining area and an approx. 50m², partly covered terrace. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Of course, the inventory includes a washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine (Saeco), hair dryer, DVD, stereo system and much more. Here you will find photos around the Villetta Nicola. This virtual walk starts at the parking lot and then goes through the whole house and into the 12,000 m² garden with jacuzzi (jacuzzi only in operation from June) A total of 6 people can live here comfortably, because furniture, beds and mattresses are all new and of good quality. Other things to note Lots of space, nobody steals the sun or the view, because the property is 12,000 m², partly landscaped, partly completely urban, as nature likes it best – it is a nature reserve! A meadow to play, fruit trees, many cypresses and other trees whose names nobody knows and then the broom forest – in bright yellow color – characterize the garden.
