In the historic center of a village of rare beauty, a large walkway, simple and comfortable furnishings give the house an air of yesteryear. 5 km from the Prati di Tivo ski resort, it is an excellent base for excursions of all kinds both in the surrounding woods and meadows, and on the Gran Sasso, Corno Piccolo, Calderone glacier and other peaks. These are itineraries of great beauty! The space The accommodation is located on three levels. You enter directly into the living room, raised above the street, via a staircase of four stone steps that are a little higher than normal. Next to the living room is the kitchen with all the accessories, including an oven and dishwasher. The furnishings are very simple. On the first floor are the bedrooms and the bathroom, which is accessed via an antique staircase. Each room has an exposed brick vault, with carriage sky architecture. The fireplace is old but dusty and gives the room a primitive and shabby image, as do the natural stone or brick steps. Two more rooms and a bathroom are on the upper level, which is accessed by a staircase with high steps. Access to the rooms on the upper floor is arranged ONLY and exclusively for a number of people greater than THREE. THE HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN Under 5 years of age Guest access All rooms are available to guests in proportion to their number. Up to three guests have access to the rooms on the living side, mezzanine floor, and the rooms on the first floor. For more than three, they also have access to the rooms on the second floor. Other things to note If you want to light a fire, the wood is in the chest. The cost is €20 for the contents of the chest. Additional boxes cost €10 each. You must request it in advance.
