Charming attic in Gascony The space Located on a hill overlooking the peaceful village of Mauvezin and facing the Pyrenees, this detached dovecote has 3 air-conditioned levels. On the ground floor (25 m²): - A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, range hood, fridge/freezer, capsule espresso machine, kettle as well as a microwave. - A cozy living room with a TV (Orange fiber optic). A vacuum cleaner is available under the natural oak staircase. On the first floor: - The 17m2 master bedroom with private bathroom. The bed, measuring 160x200, consists of a bed base and a new high-end mattress. The light tones, the natural chestnut hardwood floors, the oak beams, the stained furniture, and the views of the gardens through the 3 windows give this room a natural and soothing atmosphere. A teak vanity and white pebbles adorn the shower area. A hair dryer is available for your use. - The toilets are on the landing. On the second floor (20 m²): - A relaxation area, desk and sofa. You'll get free Wi-Fi. Bed linen, 2 towels, 2 shower sheets, soap, shampoo and tea towels are provided free of charge. The "Les jardins de Gaston" cottage has a large garden with a wealth of varieties, where it's nice to have meals in spring and summer, in the shade of an intimate and private terrace or under a tamarisk tree. Relaxation areas are available for you to take a break and read, nap in a hammock, or enjoy a dip in the pool. Private parking in the courtyard of the property allows you to park your vehicle. Guest access The attic has independent access as well as an intimate and private terrace. Guests will have access to private parking. The pool is a shared space.
