Charming attic in Gascony The space Located on a hillside overlooking the peaceful village of Mauvezin and facing the Pyrenees, the independent attic has 3 levels. On the ground floor (25 m2): - A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, range hood, fridge/freezer, capsule espresso machine, kettle and microwave. - A comfortable living room with a TV (Orange and Canal+ package). A vacuum cleaner is available under the natural oak staircase. On the first floor: - The 17 m2 master bedroom with private shower room. The bed, measuring 160 x 200, consists of a bed frame and a new premium mattress. The light tones, natural chestnut parquet, oak beams, glazed furniture, and views of the gardens through the 3 windows give this room a natural and soothing atmosphere. A teak vanity top and white pebbles adorn the shower area. A hairdryer is at your disposal. - Toilets are on the landing. On the second floor (20 m2): - A relaxation area, desk and sofa. You will have free Wi-Fi access. Bed linen, 2 towels, 2 shower sheets, soap, shampoo and dish towels are provided free of charge. The "Les Jardins de Gaston" gîte has a large garden rich in varieties where it is pleasant to have meals in the spring and summer, in the shade of an intimate and private terrace or under a tamarix. Relaxation areas are available for a reading break, a nap in a hammock or a swim in the pool. Private parking in the property's courtyard allows you to park your vehicle. Guest access The attic has independent access as well as an intimate and private terrace. Guests will have access to private parking. The pool is a shared space.
