We are a small family having the joy to live in an amazing patio in Old-Treptow - quiet and just renovated. Its unique character has been carefully restored. It is close enough to enjoy the best of Berlin (Kreuzberg/Neukölln), but also far enough to relax (Treptower Park/Rummelsburg Bay). The space The apartment is situated in old fabric (built around 1905). There is a separate entrance and a private bathroom for you. The apartment is part of an ensemble that was just renovated. It is a family friendly place. You have several playgrounds in the area, a park, the famous Rummelburg Bay and public beach bars at river Spree. Furthermore, you can find in Kreuzberg/Neukölln, which is just one kilometer away, all kind of restaurants/bars. We will be happy to give you some advice. The whole apartment has parquet or anthracite floor tiles in the barthroom. The whole apartment has roughly 30m². It has a double bed and a folding bed. If needed, we are happy to set up a baby cot (in summary: three beds for adults/one bed for children/babies). Guest access There are several apartments at the patio. Just ours is rented out. So, please accept their privacy. Your room has an individual entrance. Other things to note We love Old Treptow. Whether in winter or summer, it is anest amazing combination between city and nature. If you want to enjoy the lively Kreuzberg/Neukölln, you will be there by bus in five minutes. If you want to relax and watch a movie, you will have a multiplex cinema just seven minutes away. The bus runs 24hours. In walking distance (10 minutes) are supermarkets (two discounter/one proper one) and an organic supermarket, too. The suburb is a well-known for its life quality with a so called organic touch and has several independent bars and restaurants. Important: The city of Berlin charge an tourist overnight tax of 7.5 % of the rental sum. Since April 2024, the city of Berlin also charges this amount from professionals and companies. Thanks.
