Lella's House is a place made with love and care of details, where you can feel the Sardinia soul, where your holidays come true inside nature and relaxing environment. My house is settled in a perfect position to enjoy Costa Smeralda, it’s 20 minutes drive from both Olbia airport and port, 10 minutes from the shopping maul and from there you can reach a lot of famous places and beaches. The space Personal transport is highly recommended, no public transport, taxi fare from and to airport, city center, beaches are 50/100€ per trip. The apartment is settled in a private residence that features street parking, tennis court, soccer court and swimming pool. My property is a detached house, it has local stones walls and fence, a background garden with veranda and an outdoor shower. We have an entrance hall with a very spaceful closet and a niche with shelves. From the hall we can go through the windowed bathroom or the living room. Living room has a coach, a pouf and TV. The corner kitchen features fridge, freezer and electric hob. The loft double bed room is very bright and airy. In case of very hot days with high temperature in the bedroom, it is possible to open the sofa to change it in a double bed and sleep downstairs, with a better lower temperature. The best place in the house is certainly the covered terrace. This nature opened space can let you feel the real sardinia essence, you can use it to relax and enjoy your meal in front of a wonderful landscape. Other things to note The private swimming pool of the residence is accessible only with bathing caps.
