Our newly renovated apartment (part of the house) located 400m from the beach is ready to host you! It is located in the suburbs of the beautiful city of Kavala, named as Palio. The area is suggested for relaxing summer holidays as it combines a great number of clean and sandy beaches. The apartment is characterized by its quiet surroundings and its stunning view from all the rooms. The 180(sqm) are equipted with all the necessary amenities and all our love to help you discover our city!! The space All our four spaciouly bedrooms are located at the second floor (no elevator) and the one is considered as a loft. The two bathrooms offer confort even in the case that the place is booked with the max number of 8 persons. Every space is equiped with airconditioning. All the rooms have outstanding view, and the three of them have their own balconies. Guest access The visitors can have access to the washing machine after request.
