Our family flat in Marilleva 1400 is a perfect place to enjoy the mountain both in the summer and in the winter. The Solaria Residence complex sits right on top of the mountain, just a 10 minute walk from the nearest cable facilities to ski. In the summer, the location is great for enjoying the peaceful mountain or going trekking/mountain biking to the lakes. The space Two bedrooms, living room with American kitchen and a bathroom. Great for a couple or a large family given the number of beds and the optimization of space. The furnishings are welcoming with light wood interiors and comfortable carpeting to stay even without shoes. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people: two in the double bed of the main bedroom, two in the single bunk beds, ideal for the little ones, and another two on the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. Sheets and towels are not included but can be rented at the Hotel Solaria, which is located a few minutes walk from the apartment. There is a parking space reserved for guests of apartment 7201. A ski storage room is also available in sector 5 with a locker dedicated to apartment 7201. The apartment is part of a hotel-residence with a mini-market, restaurant, newsagent, shops and laundry. An indoor swimming pool is also available at reasonable costs.
