Kineton at Pitt Farm

Luxury award winning cottage. This stylish luxury cottage offers upside down accommodation with the bedrooms on the ground floor and the lounge, dining room and kitchen upstairs. One glimpse of the view from the lounge explains why. a great cottage for families or groups of friends. Pitt Farm is a small holiday cottage complex of 7 cottages. The pool, tennis and other facilities are shared between these cottages - but each cottage has its own private outdoor space for dining / relaxing. The space Kineton offers a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living in both the lounge and dining room. Your own garden with BarBQ justs adds to the enjoyment of the wonderful countryside. Kineton has a number of improvements from March 2022 including newly refurbished bathrooms, newly refurbished lounge, newly refurbished WC and new flooring. The indoor pool has been completely rebuilt - and is now open Guest access Guests will have sole access to the cottage and access to the other public areas of Pitt Farm. These include the heated indoor swimming pool (9.00am -7.00pm), games room, tennis court, playground, zip-wire, trampoline (with age / weight restrictions) and to visit our lovely animals. Other things to note We have a lovely honesty shop on site offering all sorts of essentials and luxuries including fresh baked croissants and bread in the mornings. In November 2023, three of our cottages at Pitt Farm are becoming dog-friendly, not including Kineton. Please be aware that we are still primarily a family-friendly site, and dogs must be kept on a lead when outside of the cottage at all times. Please contact us for more information.
