Airbnb-apartment providers are defined as businesses that provide short-term overnight accommodation, such as hotels, guest houses, .... The Airbnb-apartment providers have to transfer the tax and are authorised to claim the money from their guests. What does it mean for you? At your arrival you pay me 7.5% of the room price in cash. Sorry for this further payment. It is not me who earn that money. It is an indirect tax for the city. Only legal airbnb's with a registration number have to transfer that money.
