Villa Kara, beautiful villa with pool and seaviews

Beautiful villa set in a large 2000sqm private garden with sea views and an infinity-style pool. Punta Molara is a quiet resort in the middle of the Marine National Park of Tavolara-Coda Cavallo, 20 Km south of Olbia airport. Given the remote location, a car is essential. Villa Kara sleeps up to 8-10 people. The Villa is very peaceful and feels very private even though it is within a quiet residence. It is best suited for families looking for a beach/pool holiday. The space The main house has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 people and 2 bathrooms. The living area has an open plan kitchen and lounge. The main veranda has a large teak table and outdoor sofas. The set up of the main house is important to note, as the master bedroom doesn’t have internal doors communicating to the the other two bedrooms and the living room/kitchen area. During the day the rooms all communicate via the french windows/doors which open up onto the garden. However if you close the windows at night the master is separate from the main house. The master bedroom has a king size four poster bed and en-suite bathroom. The other double room has a superking size bed. The third bedroom is a bit smaller than the others and has bunk beds suitable for 2 adults or kids. The living room is equipped with a brand new kitchen shaker style and marble worktops with all the appliances (new summer 2024). There is also a guesthouse at the bottom of the garden which is ideal for a family of up to 4 people (2 singles and 2 bunk beds) and is organised like a studio flat with its own bathroom, kitchenette and outdoor veranda. It is one big room with bunk beds separated from 2 singles by a large cupboard that divides up the room. It is meant as an overflow from the main house and is best suited to a small family (with children sleeping in the bunk beds). We ask that you treat the house as if it were your own and also be mindful of our neighbours. Please note the House Rules below, especially the quiet hours (no noise after 11:30pm), and that parking outside the villa is limited to 2 cars. The pool is newly built and state-of-the-art. Please note it is not heated. Also, it is not fenced so take care if you have small children. We have a house manual which we will send out which explains all the rules of the pool area i.e. no glass, no shoes, no hard/sharp toys etc. Its a lovely area and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do but we also want to keep it nice. There is a bluetooth music speaker in the main house which you can use and also a TV and dvd player (however please note TV channel reception is extremely poor, we recommend bringing your Fire TV stick or similar). You are welcome to use our beach toys and umbrella for when you go to the beach. In the garden at the back of the house there is a Weber gas barbecue. Children can use a trampoline at the bottom of the garden. There is Wifi in the main house (however, no coverage in the guesthouse). Guest access You will have access to both the main house and the guest house. They are not rented separately. The garden and the pool are for your exclusive private use. There is private parking for two cars right outside the villa. Other things to note Strictly no parties, stag/hen dos, as the house in a quiet residence.
