Apartment with rooftop terrace in Starnberg

Large, cozy, stylish apartment with kitchen, bathroom and roof terrace, in an EFH on the edge of the forest of Starnberg. (25min from Munich) Ideal for holidays in the countryside, beach holidays, weekend break, sightseeing in Munich and Upper Bavaria, business trips or home office. Lake Starnberg is only a few minutes away by car. A viewpoint with far-reaching views over the lake and the mountains is located directly behind the house. The space The large, cozy apartment is quiet and yet centrally located in a private path on the edge of Starnberg. Together with the roof terrace, the 70 sqm apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The apartment with its open beams is very cozy and stylishly furnished. A spacious, fully equipped kitchen (20sqm) invites you to cook together and linger. The large living and sleeping studio (50sqm) is divided into a sleeping area with double bed, a sofa corner with TV, also an area with large table and wardrobe. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the crowns of hundreds of years. In late autumn/winter/ spring small lake and mountain view from the apartment and from the roof terrace. Directly behind the house begins a beautiful, extensive beech forest with a viewing hill, from which you can look over the entire Starnberger See to Seeshaupt and into the alpine panorama. The hilltop view is within walking distance. In addition, beautiful walks and bike rides start from here. Due to its location, the apartment is super suitable for excursions to Munich and the entire Oberland to explore Starnberg and the surrounding area or to relax only in the countryside. Lake Starnberg with its wonderful swimming facilities is only a few minutes away by car/ bike. (Bus 19 min., walk 25 min.) The center can be reached by car in about 6 minutes, by bus in about 19 minutes, on foot in about 25 minutes by bike in about 6 minutes. The bus stop is just 5 minutes away. The train station Starnberg Nord can be reached in 20 minutes on foot or in a few minutes by bus. Shopping facilities are located at Nord station (large Edeka) or in the center. The SBahn will take you to Marienplatz in Munich in 35 minutes. By car you are in 30 min. in Munich. A playground is not far from the apartment. The garden in front of the house with seating may be used by the guests. A Croatian restaurant with beer garden and food to go is just around the corner. Please note: As the name Starnberg already says, many houses are located on the slope, including this one. So there is a slope on the way back on foot or by bike ;) Due to the current situation, we naturally attach extreme importance to hygiene and cleanliness. Everything is always freshly disinfected. On request, a contactless key handover is possible. Guest access Guests live in the apartment alone. We live with our two children (3 and 6 years old) on the ground floor. In and around the house live two dear cats and a medium-sized, very dear guard dog. On request, contactless key collection is possible. Other things to note We kindly ask guests with children to contact us. Unfortunately, children can climb from the roof terrace to the roof. However, we are happy to welcome children if they are supervised and the duty of supervision on the balcony is taken seriously.
