Welcome to our cozy, large apartment with roof terrace, eat-in kitchen and shower room right on the edge of a forest in Starnberg! The apartment invites you to hike, cycle and swim. The Nord train station is 15 minutes walking distance. Enjoy the tranquility of nature and at the same time the perfect location to explore the beautiful Bavarian Oberland. Our lovingly furnished apartment offers you a relaxed retreat after eventful days. We are looking forward for your visit! The space Welcome to our large and cozy apartment, quiet yet centrally located in a private path directly on the edge of the forest in Starnberg. With its 70 m² and the sunny roof terrace, it offers plenty of space to relax – ideal for a relaxing vacation for two, alone or as a retreat after eventful days. The apartment with its open beams is stylishly and invitingly furnished. The spacious, fully equipped eat-in kitchen (20 m²) invites you to cook together and have cozy evenings. The large living and sleeping studio (50 m²) is thoughtfully divided into a cozy sleeping area with a double bed, a sofa corner with TV and an additional area with a large table and wardrobe. On the roof terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view of the crowns of old beeches – in late autumn, winter and spring even with a small lake and mountain view. Of course, your stay is well taken care of: toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, fresh towels, cozy pillows and bed linen are available for every guest. We offer free Wi-Fi and parking for our guests. So you can arrive relaxed and enjoy your vacation from the first minute. Thanks to the ideal connection and the perfect location, the apartment is ideal for trips to Munich, sightseeing in Upper Bavaria and the region around Lake Starnberg. Directly behind the house begins an extensive beech forest with a panoramic hill from which you can overlook the entire Lake Starnberg to Seeshaupt and the Alpine panorama. The short walk there is worth it at any time of the day. Numerous walking and cycling trails start right outside the front door and make the location perfect for nature lovers and dog owners. A cozy Croatian restaurant with a beer garden and takeaway food is just around the corner. The center of Starnberg and the lake can be reached in a few minutes by car or bike. A walk of about 15 minutes. Or by bus - the bus stop is just 5 minutes away. Starnberg Nord train station is within easy reach – from there the S-Bahn will take you directly to Marienplatz in Munich in about 35 minutes. There is also a park and ride parking deck! Shopping facilities are also located at Nord Station. Please note: Like many streets in Starnberg, our house is also located on the slope – the return journey on foot or by bike is therefore uphill.;) We are happy to welcome you as guests in this special environment! Dogs are welcome! Guest access Guests will occupy the apartment alone. We live on the ground floor with our two children (7 and 10 years old). Two lovely cats and a medium-sized, very dear dog live in the house. Contactless key handover is possible on request. Other things to note Families with children are welcome here! However, since the roof terrace borders the roof, we ask parents to contact us briefly in advance. This is not a problem for supervised children – we just want to make sure that the duty of supervision on the balcony is taken seriously. So everyone can enjoy their stay without worries."
