Überlingen/ Lake Constance

Cosy holiday home with private terrace. 5 min. walk to Lake Constance. The space Staying with us, you will have an entire apartment at your disposal. The flat is cosy, the interior is modern. Renovated only recently, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower as well as a sleeping-/ livingroom with two separate beds (90x100 cm - beds can not be joined!). For rainy days you find a TV in your room as well as WiFi-access. Clean sheets and fresh towels are - of course- provided by us. Your car has its own parking spot right in front of the house and a shed for bicycles is provided. Lake Constance is just at your doorstep and can be reached by a short 5 minutes walk. Arrival: Check-in is possible from 16 p.m. onwards. After that hour we can welcome you at any time. Please give us a ring app. 30 Min. bevore you arrive at the flat (whats app calls and messages usually don't work, please ring us up). We are happy to arrange an earlier check-in, if possible. Just ask us after booking. Upon arrival, we will also collect the "Kurtaxe" from you. Kurtaxe is a municipality tax, which has to be paid by all guests. In return you get a visitor's card, which will allow you to use public transport for free as well as discounts for sight seeing (for further information on the ECHT BODENSEECARD, please contact the local tourist office). We collect the tax upon arrival in cash, hand over your visitor's card to you and transfer the money to the authorities. Since there are exceptions for business travelers and guests with disability, we will contact you upon booking and ask you for all relevant information in order to make your arrival as smooth as possible. Departure: After you enjoyed a perfect holiday in Überlingen, the flat has to be left by 10 a.m. We charge 20€ per hour for a late check-out, pleases let us know in advance, if you want to leave late.
