The studio apartment (about 30 square meters) is located on a 400 square meter upper floor of a cavalry building built in the middle of the 19th century together with some artist studios. Free parking is available. The apartment has its own bathroom and a small kitchenette. A bus stop with direct city connection is about 200 meters away. The space The studio is bright because the windows face south and west. Although it is quietly located, it is still ideally accessible by car (2 minutes from the exit "Bahrenfeld" of the A7) and has a free guest parking space directly in front of the building. It has a private bathroom and a small kitchenette with two induction cooktops, fridge, coffee maker, kettle (no oven, no microwave). If you want to be creative, a small painting area is available on request. You can also take a lesson with a multi-talented oil painter by arrangement. In the vicinity are: the Barclaycard Arena, the Trabrennbahn, the Volkspark stadium, the Volkspark (within walking distance), the trendy district of Altona, the Elbe (Museumshafen Neumühlen, Strandperle, Teufelsbrück, Jenischpark), the small well-known shopping street, Waitzstrasse, directly at the Othmarscher Bahnhof and the Elbe shopping center. A bus stop is about 150 meters away; from there you can reach both the city center and the Elbe suburb Blankenese in less than 30 minutes.
