An immaculately presented two bedroom semi-detached cottage with a large private garden and off-street parking. A shop and a great Indian restaurant within 1/2 mile walk, and a great pub about 1 mile away, however you really do need a car to get anywhere. A quiet location with only a handful of houses nearby. Eight miles from the centre of Norwich, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, 15 miles to the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast. Lots to do, with both city and country life close by. The space Ground Floor Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen with space to sit for meals. Sitting area: Roomy sitting area with 3-seater sofa and single chair. TV has freeview, and there a selection of children's books and games. Toilet: There is a downstairs toilet and basin Upstairs There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and another with two singles. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms with showers over a bath. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe for hanging and storing things. Location The cottage is situated half a mile walk to local indian restaurant (but it is a busy road to walk along with no pavement) which has great reviews. The closest pub is approximately one mile away, and there are plenty to choose from around, including the Fur and Feather at Salhouse attached to Woodforde's brewery. Guest access The cottage is an annexe attached to house, but is a completely separate cottage with separate parking, garden and access. The cottage is well equipped for self-catering, with modern amenities.
