Description
Large, comfortable, renovated room with en-suite shower, lounge/dining area and bed with memory foam mattress. The room is quiet and light, with windows at the front and patio doors onto the garden at the back. The house is a two minute walk to Pinner Village and tube station. Access to Wembley and London is quick and easy, with a journey time of 30 minutes into central London. A small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities are provided. Access is via a side gate to the garden and patio doors. The space Spacious, modern, renovated room with queen size bed, sofa, dining/work space with table and chairs, and a clothes rack. There is a wall mounted TV. The bed has a quality memory foam mattress and is very comfortable. All bedding is 100% natural - either cotton or linen. There is an en-suite bathroom, with toilet, basin and walk-in shower (no bath). Toiletries are provided. There is constant hot water and the water pressure in the shower is good. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the room, and there is a small fridge. As we are vegetarian we ask that no meat or fish is brought into the house. Guest access Guest access is via a side gate to the garden and patio doors. The way is lit at night. The gate has a key code, and you will have keys to the patio door. You will not have access the main part of the house. We live in the house. We are a very quiet couple and won't disturb you. During your stay I work from home and am generally around if needed. Other things to note We offer off street parking for one car. Parking in the street is not permitted between 11 am and midday during the week, to deter commuter parking. A parking permit to park in the street during weekdays can be provided at a small extra cost. Street parking is free at all other times. There is a launderette at the end of the road. Sainsbury's, Lidl and Marks & Spencer's supermarkets are a short walk away. There is a Shell petrol station and a large Tesco store nearby at Pinner Green. There are two corner shops at the end of the street, as well as a Chinese take-away and a fish and chips shop. There are plenty of very good cafes and restaurants a short walk away in Pinner Village, so you will not go hungry! There is a lovely cafe overlooking the lake in the park opposite, Costa Coffee is at the end of the road and there is a vegan cafe a short walk away. Pinner Village has a wide selection of chain and independent coffee shops, restaurants and pubs. I can make recommendations about where to eat in the local area. I know London pretty well, having lived here all my life, and can advise you about what to see and do in the city.
