The accommodation is on the outskirts of the Beautiful city of Exeter. This modern house is bright and clean. Your room is a good size with views, available storage, a desk, tv, drinks station. The bathroom is a good size with shower over bath, bright and clean. Close to Sandy Park home of The Chiefs, Ikea and several eateries including The Blue Ball. Newcourt train station is 2 mins walk which travels along the Avocet Line and links to St David’s station Exeter. A short drive to airport. The space You will have the sole use of a good size bedroom and a family size bathroom with shower over bath. Drinks can be made in your room and lite breakfast could be made in kitchen with prior arrangement. There are several very close places for out of house breakfast. Guest access Guests can use bedroom and bathroom and kitchen by prior arrangement. We love our garden and happy to share it on a sunny day. During your stay The house is usually quite quiet so if you want to be chilled that’s fine, we are happy to answer any questions and give any recommendations.
