Close to Chalencon, along the magnificent postman's path, the Gîte de Montager awaits you for a holiday 100% pleasure 0 constraints: the cleaning package includes the supply of sheets and beds made on your arrival, linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. The space A few minutes' walk from Chalencon, spacious, pleasant 70 m2 independent gîte for 4 people on the ground floor in a renovated farmhouse. Rentable in all seasons, it is equipped with cast iron radiators. The living space also includes a new wood-burning stove WITH oven and the possibility of cooking, which makes the house very comfortable and warm in winter as well as in autumn. BEDROOM 1: 2 beds of 80 cm convertible into 160 cm if necessary with adapted and new mattress topper. Kitchen equipped with gas hobs, dishwasher, microwave, Senséo coffee machine... bathroom with bathtub, washing machine. separate toilet The cleaning fee includes the supply of towels, sheets, end of stay cleaning. Cast iron radiators heat the cottage. A new wood-burning stove can be used in the cottage during the low season. The amount of wood (a crate) is provided in low season for reasonable and reasoned use in order to complete a heating already provided by cast iron radiators and in a pleasure to find yourself by the fire. The additional crate is invoiced at 30 euros (1/3 of a cubic metre). The supply of wood for the stove in LOW SEASON is DONE by us for your entire stay. It is not possible to help yourself from our woodpile. Please note: Lou Pinatou Inn and Marcon restaurant must be booked before your arrival as they are very popular. In the village, there is the SAINT ANDRE restaurant and in Saint Julien D'Ance, the L'Ancelois restaurant, which you also have to book quite early to get a good table. Fishing mushrooms in autumn, snowshoes and cross-country skiing at Meygal or Estables in winter, relaxation and lounging in spring and summer. Please respect the neighbourhood and the rented premises. Cats are no longer allowed because they are too often left alone in the house during the entire stay with the owners absent. An additional deposit of 50 euros is required on arrival for "pet cleaning". It will be returned if the tenant vacuums up the hair (on carpets etc.) during the stay.
