Close to Chalencon, by the magnificent postman's path, the Gîte de Montager awaits you for a holiday 100% pleasure. The price includes the supply of sheets and beds made on arrival, linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning, excluding appliances and ovens. The space A few minutes' walk from Chalencon, a spacious, pleasant, independent 70 m2 cottage for 4 people on the ground floor in a renovated farmhouse. Rentable in all seasons, it is equipped with cast iron radiators. The living area also includes a new wood-burning stove WITH an oven and the possibility of cooking, which makes the house very cozy and warm in winter and autumn. You prepare your pizzas, and we cook them over a wood fire. 2 bedrooms. BEDROOM 1: 2 80 cm beds that can be converted to 160 cm if needed, with a suitable new mattress topper. A new wood-burning stove can be used in the cottage during the low season. The quantity of wood (one box) is provided in the off-season for reasonable and sensible use in order to supplement the heating already provided by cast iron radiators AND in the spirit of the pleasure of being by the fire. The additional box is charged at €30 (1/3 of a cubic meter). We provide wood for the stove in the LOW SEASON for your entire stay. It is not possible to help yourself from our woodshed. We provide more than enough for you to enjoy yourself; any additional request for wood is still possible but will be charged. Additional baby bed (folding crib) and high chair in the cottage. Please note: Auberge Lou Pinatou and Restaurant Marcon must be booked before your arrival as they are very popular.
