Under the roof beams of a former farm, our loft invites you into a special living room and bedroom with a solid oak floor and tropical plants. The bright, modern bathroom pampers you with a large wellness/rain shower and elegant design washbasin. The functional, modern fitted kitchen has an oven with ceramic hob and designer extractor hood, dishwasher, as well as a large free-standing fridge with freezer. The space The cozy lounge area with a large real leather couch is the ideal place to relax with a magnificent view of the mountain range of Heimgarten and Herzogstand and over the large, paradisiacal garden. In addition to the comfortable double bed, an additional pull-out sofa bed offers up to 4 sleeping places next to each other. In this extended version of our loft, a second bedroom with a double bed and a unique bathroom with a large, freestanding bathtub offers additional comfort and privacy and space for 2 people. Another area/attic above the bathroom offers access to another double bed via a stable, safe wooden staircase/ladder with handrail. In total, the premium version of our loft can accommodate up to 8 people. We look forward to your inquiry. Guest access The private access to the living area, which is only available to our guests, promises privacy for a relaxing and restful vacation. Other things to note The smaller version of our loft can be booked in a separate ad at a cheaper price and can accommodate 2-4 people The large version soon offers above the 2nd bedroom/bathroom, a cozy attic room with another double bed, which can be reached via a comfortable wooden staircase/ladder with handrail. Thus, the extended version of the loft can accommodate up to 8 people.
