The space is located about 4 km from Marienburg Castle and about 16 minutes by car from the Hannover Exhibition Grounds in the village of Barnten with about 1000 inhabitants. 11 minutes by S-Bahn to the Hannover Exhibition Grounds and 10 minutes' drive to Hildesheim Central Station. The rental is generally to individuals, families or to people who are in direct contact (work colleagues, friends, etc.). This ensures that you have the premises for your own use.
