Guest access Guests have access to a path leading to a beautiful beach which is just a few minutes walking distance. A beach bar can be found for your convenience where one can enjoy refreshments, snacks and a panoramic view of the Saronic gulf and Arsida island. Other things to note Kindly note: A Special Tax Fee (Climate Crisis Resilience Fee) of €8/day is in force as of January 2025 and is applicable to all similar short term rentals in Greece.
