SUMMER AND WINTER BOOKINGS There are two listings for Villa Son Gat. One for the Spring/Summer/Autumn season and one for the winter season. The reason for this is that in the off season, the number of persons occupying the house with any booking is generally much smaller, typically 2-4 persons, rather than 6-8. Our low winter rates make it affordable for 2-4 persons to stay at Villa Son Gat, which serves the main market looking for Mallorca accommodation in the winter. Winter prices are set on the basis of DOUBLE OCCUPANCY, meaning that only one bedroom is made available for every two persons. Also, more guests use more resources; more heating, more electricity, more bedding, more towels, more rooms to clean. You still have the entire house to yourself, and the upside is that even a couple can enjoy a spacious, modern villa all to yourself at very affordable rates.
