Ancient House of the Secretary

In the heart of Serramoncesca and near the Romanesque abbey of San Liberatore a Majella, you can stay in an entire building of the early twentieth century completely renovated. The space is ideal for families and groups, as guests will have access to four floors with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two fireplaces and a billiards room. A perfect structure for holidays with peace of mind, weddings or work commitments. The space The house has 10 beds and is spreads over 4 floors. On the ground floor there is a relaxation area with pool table and game tables. On the first floor a kitchen equipped with a professional oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and everything you need to cook and for the table, a large dining room with two tables, a living room with fireplace and a half bathroom. Three of the rooms are located on the second floor, along with a large living room with fireplace and two bathrooms with fireplace and two bathrooms (both with shower): two of them are double, the third is a quadruple with a bunk bed and a single bed that can be converted into a double bed if necessary. On the fourth floor (attic) there are two more communicating rooms, each with two single beds (which can possibly be put together and become double), and a small terrace overlooking the mountain and the surrounding hills. The entire building is equipped with heating. There is no elevator.
