Sea view apartment located in a private area. Enclosed in a nature reserve, exclusive access to the beaches. Access controlled 24h by guard and many services at your disposal during the high season (June-September please ask for dates every season when you book). (Groceries, Bars, Restaurants, Swimming Pools, Tennis) The apartment will be cleaned before each guest enters. Feel free to ask us for more information about it in PVT. The space Exclusive residence located in a natural reserve. The seafront apartment can host up until two families with two children or two guests. During high season, June till September, you are allowed to use many facilities like two restaurants, two bars, a grocery shop, two swimming pool for adults and for kids and tennis court. You are allowed to use a parking spot close to the residence. You can ask any questions to the porter and if you need to talk in english don't hesitate to call me. There is a guard at the entrance 24h. You can only have the internet access from the restaurant at the pool Guest access You can reach Capo D'arco following the main road from Porto Azzurro to Rio Marina. You will find a sign for Capo D'arco turn right and turn at the first left and follow the road till again the Capo D'arco sign. You will meet the guard that will tell you where the flat is, after the first bar follow the road and keep left and at the second bar turn left, you can park and you will find the residence after the third bar. The flat is located at the first floor of Mimose 3, door on the right. The porter's name is Daniela anche she lives at the ground floor. You can only access Internet from the restaurant near the pool. Other things to note Please read carefully the pdf I will send you after the booking! The pools and restaurant in Capo D’arco are not open all year but from beginning of June to early September. We advise you to check the exact dates if interested before your booking. To book a beach ombrella with 2 chairs or 2 deckchairs, you can do it at the beach directly or you can send a form by email. Please use the reservation facsimile I can send you via private message. Reservations can only be made for half a day: from 9 to 13 and from 14 to 18:00.
