Cosy chalet waterfall edge of the woods

Very cosy 250 year old, little chalet with own wood and waterfall right at the property. "Spartanic" bath (shower and WC) The house is heated with tiled stove and wood oven. In Summer no additional heating is necessary... ... but cosy. :-) Currently, due to an unsettled legal situation, only accessible in "winter mode". You can drive until about 100m to the house to unload, but then you have to park up in the village. The space Who wants to feel himself again lonesome or in the family is right here. Sitting together in the cozy kitchen in front of a wood stove, play or just chat. Mind the gap: Ceiling height varies between 1.80m and 2.00m. Guest access Right next to the entrance door is a key safe. Please ask me for the code in before arriving. You can use the whole house. In the basement is still workshop and the laundry room. You should only use for washing however. There are some very nice trails around. For the children are Bobs and slides. Please info when things broke. There have been incidents now and then. Guests have partied loudly into the night. This has caused considerable displeasure with the neighbor and he has closed the access road, which goes over his property. I assume that he will open it again, but I cannot guarantee that. So it could be that you would have to walk the last 100 m and park the car up in the village. For loading & unloading you can drive up to the 100 m to the house in any case. Other things to note Please note that although you can drive down to the house normally, the way in winter will not be cleared and once the snow is there you no longer come with the car to the house. When it starts getting wet 4WD is highly recommended. For campers it is definitely too tight. Please consider that you additionally need to pay a tourist tax: Adults: CHF 3.20 / night Children: CHF 1.60 / night Please leave the tax in the little green bucket in the kitchen together with the completed guest form in the bucket. One per group is enough. Thanks a lot. The sofa upstairs can be switched to a bed. Just pull out the seat on one side and turn down the backrest. Please use blankets. The ninth and tenth bed (mattresses) are under the beds in the smaller bedrooms. If you had booked the linens from us it would be great if you could take of the bedding when you leave. That would help us a lot. Thanks for this as well. WiFi: There is internet access in the house. If it does not work properly please call. Sometimes guests pull the plug and forget to put it back in or just do not know what the little thing is... :-)
