Nestled in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Wynford Eagle is one of West Dorset's hidden gems. Swallows Return is a cosy studio retreat, a haven for peace and relaxation which opens out onto a large terrace with stunning views of the valley, 8 acres of grounds and gardens and beautiful alpacas. A great base to explore Dorset, situated just 15 minutes from the Jurassic coastline and all this incredible area has to offer. The space SWALLOWS RETURN - has a bright and spacious open plan living area, with bifold doors that access a large terrace with table and chairs. The cosy room has a sofa, coffee table and dining table with two chairs. There is a very comfortable king size bed, chest of drawers and a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, combination microwave, 2 ring induction hob with lidded pans, frying pan, toaster and kettle along with all kitchen essentials. The bathroom has a large deep bath, shower with screen and heated towel rail. There is also an area for storing bags, suitcases and hanging clothes. The tennis court is located near the alpaca barn, rackets and balls can be provided on request. The brook is situated at the bottom of the garden. There is a tripod BBQ/firepit and seating. Access is all on one level with no stairs Parking is directly outside the apartment.
