La "Petite Maison Cottage (4 people)

It is a small house in the heart of Auxois that has been tastefully restored by us in a vintage and simple spirit. Castles and medieval Burgundian towns nearby! We are located 4 km from the Alesia and Flavigny Museum Park, 9 km from the medieval village of Semur-en-Auxois, on the passage of the Burgundy Canal, 3/4 hours from Dijon and 20 minutes from the Montbard TGV station. We are happy to host you in peace throughout the year!! The space The "Petite Maison" (55 m2) is located in a quiet place and lulled by the lapping of the river that surrounds it. The interior and exterior are in a vintage style where not everything is new but where everything is clean ;) Guest access The "Little House" consists of a kitchen/dining area with fridge, freezer, 4 ceramic hobs, small oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and utensils. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet. In the living room there is a sofa and a single bed. The bedroom is located upstairs with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed. Orange satellite TV and WIFI throughout the house. Washing machine. The advertised price is for 2 people. You will need to add 10 euros per additional person. Linens and towels are not included! We offer "basic products" such as dish towels, microfiber wipes for the stove, bath mats, etc., but we also give you the opportunity to rent bedding (fitted sheet, pillowcases and duvet cover) at a rate of 8 euros per bed. Bathroom linen is offered at a rate of 4 euros per person. A booster seat to be installed on a chair as well as a baby bed are offered free of charge. Other things to note Electric heating. Pets are welcome, as long as you respect the premises and notify us in advance. The advertised price is for 2 people. You will need to add 10 euros per additional person.
