La Grange au Lac Azur: the studio (with sleeping area)

Studio with sleeping area and real kitchen, refurbished in 2025. 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort (Gresse en Vercors). Very quiet environment, many hikes (Himalayan footbridges) and water activities. The space Quiet studio, 30m2, bright. It includes for your comfort: Living room with TV, Wifi, small library, sleeping area (bed in 140x190; not suitable for very large people), small kitchen (Senseo coffee maker, no dishwasher or washing machine but possibility to use our laundry room for a stay of more than 3 days). We provide bed sheets (bed made), bathroom towels, small consumables. Direct access to the garden: small garden table 2 places + 2 sunbeds. Check-in will be from 5pm (flexible time, contact me) and check-out before 11am, but luggage can be dropped off safely in the meantime. Since the studios are located within our dwelling, we ask for discretion between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Note: There are 2 friendly cats on the property. Guest access One-time access to the laundry room if necessary (washing machine, dryer, iron), if staying at least 3 nights. Possibility to borrow a BBQ (based on availability). Other things to note As the studio is located in our main residence, please be discreet between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. As the cleaning fee is moderate (25 euros), we ask that the studio be left in an acceptable condition (in particular, dishes done and put away). A bakery is a 5-minute drive away. A supermarket within 10 minutes' drive. Off season, there are a few restaurants 10 minutes away (in Monestier de Clermont). Several restaurants and snacks (in season, from mid-May to mid-October) by the lake, 5 minutes away.
