Vacation home on the edge of the forest near the lake

Chevroux is a popular resort in the canton of Vaud in the French-speaking part of Switzerland with a campsite and around 100 weekend and holiday cottages near the lake. It has a sports marina with over 1000 berths. The apartment on the ground floor of a vacation home with a large garden was completely renovated in 2020 and is located right on the edge of the nature reserve "La Grande Cariçaie". Lake Neuchâtel can be easily reached on foot in 8 minutes and by bike in 5 minutes. The space The newly renovated apartment in 2020 offers every comfort for 4 people.(If necessary, you can also sleep on the sofa bed). A private entrance leads to the cozy living area, where there is access to the two bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds, mattress 2 x 2 m1 and a duvet 2 x 2 m1. The dining area and kitchen are located in the conservatory, which offers a beautiful view of the garden, neighboring horse paddock and forest. A small stream borders the property, behind which the nature reserve begins. By appointment, the sauna (located in the apartment) can be used. The gas grill on the east side of the kitchen can also be used by the guests. Our apartment is on the 1st floor, the garden in front of the apartment is reserved for the guests. Our seating area is located sideways from the house, if we occasionally receive visitors, voices can be heard in one of the bedrooms. (Close the window). A parking space in front of the house is available.
