Lancing Beach Apartment

An apartment directly on the beach at Lancing, West Sussex, with a whole wall of glass facing the continually changing view of the sea and sky. Easy access to Brighton, Worthing & Shoreham - Trains/buses/roads. Located above the award-winning Perch on Lancing Beach restaurant - pop downstairs for an early morning breakfast or bring your coffee back to the balcony to enjoy the view. The space The apartment has large patio style windows, facing directly out to sea, which open out onto an outdoor balcony. The property is situated within an eco building with triple glazing, ensuring that it’s quiet inside. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area gives the air of space and tranquility, with the wonderful views of the sea scape. There are two double bedrooms to the back and a bathroom with a shower over bath. The living space has a TV with access to Netflix and other apps, there is no terrestrial tv. The apartment is situated on the first floor and is accessed by steps. It is not suitable for loud parties, stag or hen dos - we ask that all guests be respectful of everyone. Guest access The apartment has it's own front door and a shared locked entrance lobby where cycles or water sports equipment can be stored safely. There is an entry phone access for safety. The apartment itself is self contained and the guests have access to all parts. The balcony is segregated from the other apartments by planters. Guests have access to the on site gym, a key fob will be left in the apartment for gym access. There is a large car park adjacent to the Green where you can park for £4.40 a day ( pay via Ringo app location 39706) Other things to note The apartment is above the award-winning Perch on Lancing Beach, we strongly recommend booking via our website as it can get hectic on weekends and over the Summer. Occasionally we hold an outdoor cinema event and the best view is from the balcony. There is a kite surfing school on this beach. There is also paddle board hire/lessons in the Summer months. There is a local pub, and Greek and Indian restaurants all in very close walking distance. Worthing is less than 2 miles away and there are restaurants & cafes of every type, a large shopping centre, a museum, 2 cinemas, a theatre and well-stocked library. There is a local hospital with an A & E department less than 2 miles away. Brighton is easily accessible by bus or train. Just so you know, the TV facilities are 'Catch Up TV' and Netflix, live TV is not available, apps are installed but you will need to have your own account. There is a Sauna available on the beach, search for 'Seaside Sauna Lancing' to book. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person, we have beach towels available for a small charge to cover extra laundry costs.
