Elegant modern one bedroom apartment with solid wood floors and underfloor heating throughout perfectly situated just off the main high street in Mold town centre, within a short walking distance of some amazing restaurants, bars and coffee shops, serving an excellent breakfast. The space The space is compact so not ideal for 4 people however it will accommodate 4 people using the living space sofa bed if need be. The bathroom is en suite so access is through the bedroom, it has a walk-in shower with no bath. The living space has a 32" smart LED TV with Netflix access and sky Q, a double sofa bed and a dinning table with 4 chairs. The kitchen has everything you need including a coffee machine. Guest access Guests have access to all of the apartment. Other things to note There's a dehumidifier to stop any damp, if its running on arrival simply turn it off at the wall as it can be annoying, it would be good if it's put back on when leaving for the day so the damp doesn't return and impact your stay. Extra precautions are being taken to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, between cleans all surfaces are being disinfected, bedding / towels ect... are being washed in disinfectant detergent, the cleaner wears gloves and a mask when cleaning.
