You will also have YOUR OWN separate bath/shower room and WC facilities, washing machine, hairdryer and make-up mirror included and with fresh towels and bedding linen of course provided. Also, the shared use of a relaxing living room, diner, balcony and a fully equipped kitchen are included. Last but not least: Your OWN "Alexa" (Amazon Echo) is always in your Room and also in the Living Room to make your stay most convenient. The room itself boasts a full-HD satellite TV, extra PC monitor, minibar-style fridge and free WiFi Internet in addition to stylish contemporary furnishing. 2 Single beds (90x200 cm) and one double sleeping sofa (mattress size 140x200cm) of excellent sleeping quality available on 14 sqm room size. The Living room boasts Internet Radio (based on Amazon Echo), access to a 5.1 home theatre (120 inch canvas) with free Video on Demand (Amazon Prime/Netflix). Whether visiting the Munich area on business or for pleasure, this flat is in a very convenient location with excellent transport links in all directions. The ACCOMMODATION The apartment has two floors. The main guest's room and private bath together with a shared living room and a shared kitchen are on the first floor. The room is suitable for 1 up to 4 business travellers but also ideal for 1 to 4 holiday guests. I can host up to max 6 persons - but only on PREVIOUS separate request and NOT available on Airbnb's ' booking' feature: If your group is 5+ I can offer one additional double sleeping Sofa (High tech foldable, excellent bed-like Sleeping quality) in the Living room at a very fair rate p.person/night. LOCATION The apartment is situated a short 8-10min walk from the public transport ('S-Bahn') Trainstation Vaterstetten, trains go every 10-20 mins from 5 am till 1.30 am next day. A Bus-Stop is located right at my house. Bus available Mo.-Sat. hourly. Tickets are always valid for Trains AND Bus (combined public traffic system, see MVV-Munich Website for details please). Traveller-Groups benefit from MVV-Group-Day-Tickets, these are valid for up to 5 persons with the best value for money! Also always FREE Car Parking near the house (50-80 meters). Always sufficient parking lots available (unlike in Munich City, where you often need to cruise around pretty long to find parking space...) MUNICH CITY DESTINATIONS Munich’s city centre is only 15-20 minutes away (Public Transport ='S-Bahn' or by car) and it is just 25 minutes to Oktoberfest-Ground by S-Train. The Munich Trade Fair Exhibition Center is also close by, 8 minutes by car, 20 min w. Public Transport, and the wonderful Bavarian Alps, Castles Neuschwanstein, Linderhof etc. are within easy (day trip-)reach. LOCAL SHOPS / FOOD / SPORT Shops and 6 Supermarkets nearby (5 min walk), 1 Organic Supermarket with a nice cafe (3 min), bavarian and international Restaurants (Italy, Greek, Chinese, India, Thai all between 2 to 8 min walk) and some nice beer gardens in short walking distance, also extensive sports and gym facilities nearby. Guest access Guest room, living room, kitchen, balcony, private bathroom, wardrobe (all on the 1st floor). NO ACCESS to the host's private area on the upper, 2nd floor of the flat. During your stay As I work a lot in the home office, I am available most of the time in person. I live on the upper 2nd floor, the guest room and the shared rooms (kitchen, living room, balcony) are one level below on the 1st floor Other things to note We are always on a first name basis, with full respect for each other's individual personalities and privacy! Depending on the situation and opportunity, I and my wife like to spend time with my guests. I also give my guests their space, of course. I am almost always available for questions, if not personally then almost always at short notice via the relevant smartphone apps (Whats App etc). I am happily married to my wife Demi from India since 2018. We both occupy the upper floor of our large flat. Preferred languages with us are English, German and a little bit of everything else...;-)
