The apartment is new and very cozy, 70 square meters with a sloping roof and elegant natural wood furnishings. Ideal place for a family with 2 or 3 children. Living room with smart TV, WiFi and open kitchen. Large built-in wardrobes and a lofted relaxation area (ideal for reading and resting and equipped with two sofa beds). The space Comfortable and modern but with the charm of the all-wooden mountain house... The loft in the attic is a delightful relaxation area for adults and children... The quiet of the area and the pleasant proximity to the mountains make this place a pleasant oasis of peace. Guest access During the winter, you can park at the base of the slopes using our resident pass. When you have finished skiing, you can leave your skis and boots directly in the convenient lockers at the base of the slopes for about 12 euros per day. Other things to note Preferential access to the ski lift parking lot reserved only for residents, which will allow you to comfortably enjoy your days of skiing. Alternatively, if you want to reach the facilities on foot in 10/15 minutes, the Perca station offers a convenient ski and boot locker service at the base of the facilities.
