'Casa Marina' is situated just behind the church in the old town. Two floors (with a total of about 70 m2), 3 bedrooms and a pittoresque little terrace in front. Less than 5 minutes from bakery, minimarket and main square. Very close to climbing crags. (No Reg. Tourist VT-35939-V) The space The house is situated behind the church in a little alley. It has a lovely little terrace next to the front door where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the sun. The house has two floors. The third floor is a separate apartment with a separate entrance on the left of the outside terrace. Downstairs you'll find an open kitchen-living with some comfortable sofa's. The small but neat bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin is also situated on the ground floor. The three bedrooms ( one double and two singles) are upstairs. They are all very light and two of then have little balconies. There's a separate entrance to a downstairs storeroom where you find the washing machine. Guest access Guests have free acces to the whole house, including the store room where they can find the washing machine. Other things to note Living behind the church means you live in one of the most authentic and well kept zones of the village. The alley where the house is situated, is traffic free, tidy and full of plants. You will hear the church bells ring in the morning to call the neighbours to morning prayers (around 9.00-9.30) and in the evening for Mass around 19.00. The bells also mark the (half) hours. There are several climbing and hiking possibilities at walking disctance. The largest climbing area (Oasis, Balcon, Cañaveral) is a 15 minutes drive or 50 minutes walk away. The nearest crag is about 5 minutes walking distance (Peñeta). You can´t park in front of the house, but there are parkings just above the village square (a five minutes walk away) and at the entrances to the village (10 minutes away).
