Own parking area and entrance with a few steps up to a terraced area and entrance to the annexe. Director chairs provided to take in the view. Small kitchenette (No sink or hob) with all the electrical provisions, including a fridge freezer. The space One bedroom with a superb luxury comfortable king-size bed, bedside tables with reading lights, small wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. Bedlinen and towels are provided along with extra pillow and blankets. A shelf cover incorporating a radiator. Hairdryer provided. Shower room with basin unit, toilet and heated towel rail. A kitchen dresser that holds all the china, glasses and cutlery which provides a table top for the toaster and kettle. A microwave/oven and a small fridge/freezer for preparing breakfast and light meals. Lounge area is provided with another radiator, table and chairs, sofa, coffee table, radio system and Smart flatscreen TV. Several lamps for intermit lighting. Wall hangers for coats and basket for footwear. Guest access Decking area for soaking up the sun and views. Own entrance from the car parking area. Other things to note I supply Cornish provisions - Coffee/tea, fruit teas, milk, salt & pepper, biscuits, crisps and soft drinks. Underfloor heating in the shower room. No laundry facilities.
